Conversation with the inner of me and the outer of me (others).
Dialogue with the inner nature and with the outer nature.
Communication between the color that appeared and the shape.
Communication is meditation. That is the source of my creation.
Just there. There is a picture and I am there.
There comes nature, wind, rain and sunshine.
Nature brings to me the silence and peace, the bliss of being as it is.
It would be nice to share such moments together through my paintings.
内側の自分と、外側の自分（他人）との会話。
内なる自然と、外にある自然との対話。
現れ出た色と、形とのコミュニケーション。
コミュニケーションとは瞑想。それが私の創造の源です。
ただ、在る。絵が在り、自分が在る。
そこに自然が、風や雨、太陽の光がやってくる。
自然は私たちの中に、沈黙と平和、あるがままの自分に寛ぐ至福をもたらします。
そんな瞬間を絵を通して一緒に共有できたら、うれしいです。

Artist name: 鈴木惠弓（Megumi Suzuki）
Born in Kanagawa, Japan
After working as a secretary at a foreign IT company, I built up a career as a fiber artist, macrobiotic cook, Massage shiatsu therapist(national license), Color light therapist, Aura-soma teacher, and meditation facilitator.
In the process, I met painting and meditation work, and I became aware of the awakening through pictures and the inner freedom and healing effects.
Currently I’m painting while doing workshops that combine meditation and art.
神奈川県生まれ。
1990年 武蔵野美術大学絵画造形科 中退
1997〜2002年 東京テキスタイル研究所研究生
外資系IT企業での秘書を経て、ファイバーアーティスト、マクロビオティック料理家、按摩マッサージ指圧師、カラーライトセラピスト、オーラソーマティーチャー、瞑想ファシリテーター、アートセラピーファシリテーター、カラーヒーリングシステム開発者などのキャリアを経験しています。
そのプロセスの中で、ペインティングと瞑想ワークに出会い、絵を通しての目覚めと内なる自由と治癒効果に気づくようになりました。
現在、瞑想とアートを組み合わせたワークショップなども行いながら、ペインティングしています。
